Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition in a timely manner, following the manager's timetable. The role involves inspecting units, coordinating repairs, and preparing homes for new move-ins.

The position requires at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills in English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call with extended hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks as listed.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrate knowledge of work safety habits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Inform Lead Maintenance and Community Manager of needed services and repairs.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check and replace lights, windows, fixtures as needed.
• Install ceramic tile backsplash and perform minor wall/tiles repairs.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items.
• Perform exterior repairs and assist with painting duties when requested.
• On-call availability and extended hours, including weekends.
