Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for market by completing repairs, caulking, sealing, painting, and inspections. This on-site role involves following community checklists, supporting grounds upkeep, and using proper tools to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include responding to resident needs, maintaining documentation, and adhering to OSHA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and patch/replace as needed.
• Conduct touch-up painting as directed.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where possible.
• Complete make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA requirements.
• Provide courteous, timely service to residents and respond to inquiries.
