Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Cypress Ridge in Kissimmee, FL. Under the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform grounds and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and ready apartments, and respond to related service requests.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, refurbishing units, daily site walks, safety reporting, and keeping records. Strong English communication and a HS diploma are preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property-specific problems (e.g., asbestos).
• Keep accurate records of all tasks completed.
• Support supervisor in coordinating staff and vendors when needed.
