Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Make Ready Technician for our brand new community in Mesquite, TX—the Fielder. Under supervision, you will perform grounds and housekeeping tasks to ensure excellent curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes, and respond to service requests.

Role supports maintenance operations and safety, with focus on refurbishing apartments and maintaining property standards. This position offers growth and certification opportunities within a growing national company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
• Provide support in the Community Manager's absence, including scheduling staff and vendors.
