Job summary

A multifamily property management company in Sherman, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure excellent curb appeal and service requests management. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, participating in safety meetings, and assisting with staffing needs in absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. A strong applicant will have a high school diploma and experience in custodial or housekeeping roles alongside effective communication skills.
