Job summary

Ambling Management Company LLC seeks an on-site maintenance professional responsible for turn-key make-ready of vacant apartments and ensuring clean, safe common areas across the community. Duties include painting, cleaning, snow removal, and routine maintenance coordination with the Property Manager.

A valid driver's license and basic English literacy are required. Experience is preferred, with 1–2 years in related roles; familiarity with facilities upkeep and grounds maintenance is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed to include painting and cleaning if required.
• Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Sweep, mops, scrub, wax and polish floors, vacuum hallways, stairs and office space.
• Shovel snow from walks and driveways and spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice or snow buildup.
• Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork; wash windows, doors and window sills.
• Dust furniture, fixtures and built-in shelves or bookcases; empty wastebaskets and trash cans.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms; replace light bulbs; move furniture.
• Clean drainage ditches and culvert; clean grounds and remove litter.
