Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prep vacant apartments for market readiness and support routine maintenance tasks across our communities.

You will perform painting, caulking, plumbing and electrical work, inspect units, coordinate with a Service Supervisor, and handle on-call service requests while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and manual dexterity, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• One year related experience at an apartment community or training.
• Must be self-starter with organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready condition by painting, caulking, pool maintenance, lock repairs, and related upkeep.
• Inspect vacant units and inform Service Supervisor of needed repairs and services.
• Assist Service Supervisor in completing projects and preventive maintenance.
• Complete service requests promptly and share on-call responsibility when assigned.
• Daily pickup of residential grounds and cleaning of amenities as needed.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
