CSC Management in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our growing team. You will perform regular inspections, address maintenance and repair issues, and help keep our properties safe and well maintained.

This full-time role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with tenants. We offer hourly pay, training, PTO, holidays, a 401K plan with employer matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs.

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.
