Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet turn deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Complete make-ready repairs, touch-ups, and final preparations
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with painting, drywall repairs, caulking, hardware replacement, and other turn‑related work
• Inspect apartment homes and identify items requiring repair or replacement
• Assist Maintenance Technicians and Lead Maintenance Supervisor with requests and projects
• Help maintain grounds, buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized manner
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Provide professional service when interacting with residents and team members
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus rotational on-call duty for after-hours maintenance emergencies

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Previous apartment maintenance, make‑ready, construction, HVAC, or related hands‑on experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
