Maintenance Technicians play an important role in keeping our apartment communities operating safely, efficiently, and at a high standard. They respond to resident service requests, troubleshoot and complete repairs, prepare apartment homes for new residents, and help maintain the overall condition of the community.
Maintenance Technicians work a five‑day schedule and participate in a rotational on‑call schedule to respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance needs.
Previous apartment maintenance experience can be valuable, but relevant hands‑on experience from other industries may also be a great fit.
