Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and EPA/HVAC certification, with a proactive approach to repairs and strong teamwork with onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of multifamily maintenance and make-ready experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC or EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the onsite team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance repairs with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests with strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend life of systems and equipment.
• Assist with apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Plano, Texas

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience), plus monthly performance bonuses
