Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician II for the Metropolitan at 40 Park community in Morristown, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community, completing make-ready tasks and responding promptly to service requests to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more, and ensuring compliance with safety and Fair

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and ensure high-quality work.
• Respond to repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Provide timely resident service and address requests.
