Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Make-Ready Coordinator in Houston, TX to coordinate the move-in readiness process. You will schedule vendors, enter POs and CRFs, and communicate with residents to ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role involves coordinating with the maintenance supervisor, managing work orders, and supporting office tasks as needed. Experience in multi-family property management and knowledge of Yardi/CRM are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1-year related experience in the multi-family industry
• Knowledge working with budgets and some general ledger detail
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, CRM, etc.)
• Apartment leasing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Enters all Purchase Orders and CRF’s
• Schedules vendors for all work to be completed for new move ins
• Walks scheduled work to be done with vendors to obtain estimates
• Speaks with residents for work order scheduling and then after completion
• Works with the maintenance supervisor to organize work orders, assist with scheduling and deleting duplicates
• Assists in the office where needed.
