Qualifikationen

• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) preferred.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair preferred.

Aufgaben

• Clear out and dispose of items left behind after move-out and prepare units for new residents.
• Complete make-ready work and painting per checklists.
• Perform new move-in service requests per checklists.
• Assist with inventory and supplies; coordinate with supervisor.
• Support other service requests and preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Service Director.
• Possibility of on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors and coworkers.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing.
