Job summary

Woodmont Valley at Lower Macungie in Macungie, PA is seeking a Make Ready Custodian to clean and maintain community models, vacant units and public areas. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and helps with make-readies and general housekeeping.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one month of related experience; ability to lift up to 100 pounds; good hygiene; available for on-site duties and some on-call needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; minimum of one month related experience or training.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
