The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime. Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No specific education is required; ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• If not fluent, must demonstrate understanding of instructions through observation or supervisor verification.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Includes sweeping sidewalks, picking up litter, light gardening/weeding, and cleaning windows and common area furniture.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily, including minor irrigation, straightening furniture and ensuring overall cleanliness.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
• Respond to and complete assigned service requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow safe work practices and adhere to the company's hazardous communication program
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service approach when interacting with residents and team members
