Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, maintaining the pool area, assisting with vacant units, and supporting maintenance tasks. Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles are a plus.
• Work involves outdoor conditions and physical activity; reliability and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public and common areas in a clean, neat, attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and assist with minor irrigation and furniture alignment.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and maintain trash areas.
• Deliver notices and support maintenance staff; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to service requests promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; maintain a professional attitude and strong customer service.
