Job summary

CHADWICK MANOR in Windsor Mill, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs in vacant units and support property operations. The role requires on-call availability and multi-trade skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

HVAC, plumbing and carpentry abilities are preferred, with certification in 608 refrigeration favored. The position offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and the chance to contribute to a well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills
• SDS and OSHA knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, and Grounds staff as needed.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain the maintenance shop clean and stocked; manage inventory and supplies.
• Know location of gas and water meter emergency cut offs and other shut-offs; perform scheduled maintenance.
