Job summary

Chadwick Manor, Windsor Mill, MD seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform make-ready repairs in vacant units and support daily property operations. HVAC certified is preferred and on-call duties are required.

You will work under the Service Manager to ensure timely maintenance and safety across all settings. The role demands hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to handle physical work, including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills are required.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus and training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper and Grounds staff as needed.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory for the property.
• Inspect property for repairs and coordinate with the Service Manager.
