Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment complexes including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Good interpersonal skills, time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete work order requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Make vacant units rent ready promptly.
• Remove snow from walkways during winter.
• Perform general preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of grounds.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate with the Regional Manager.
• Develop and monitor inventory for maintenance supplies.
• Work with vendors for tasks not done in-house.
• Conduct regular inspections as requested by city, state, and corporate office.
• Operate safely and follow OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing guidelines.
