Qualifications

• HVAC training or EPA certifications are encouraged.
• Appliance troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.
• Classes in carpentry, inventory management, building systems are helpful.
• Re-keying locks or programming electronic lock systems can be useful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments and bedrooms for occupancy and turnovers with high quality.
• Plan with Management daily and gather tools for multiple work orders.
• Complete work timely with high quality to avoid returns.
• Maintain appliances, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, fire alarm and hardware components.
• Seasonal and on-call tasks, including landscaping or snow removal as needed.
