Job summary

Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Concord, an Affordable community in Newark, OH. The role focuses on prepping vacant units for re-occupancy and supporting the maintenance team with special projects on-site.

You will maintain exteriors, common areas, and vacant units, including painting, minor repairs, and coordinating supplies. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager depending on property size.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of prior maintenance experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to carry out responsibilities.
• Knowledge of apartment building maintenance and ability to diagnose routine issues.
• Ability to operate power tools and use hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Assist with installation of appliances.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and caulk as needed; perform light drywall repairs.
• Manage painting, pressure washing, and outdoor maintenance safely.
