Job summary

Qualifications

• General maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge to perform job functions.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant units to market-ready condition promptly.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify hazards and report to managers; follow BH maintenance guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools; assist with preventive maintenance.
