Job summary

Qualifications

• In-house knowledge of basic building maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience with sheetrock, painting, and appliance Repair.
• Ability to follow safety policies and maintain documentation.
• Strong inspection skills and cost-conscious approach to repair vs. replace.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing via make-ready and punch-list tasks.
• Obtains materials and tracks usage; notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents service requests clearly and promptly for follow-up.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when feasible.
