Tarantino Properties, Inc. is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Tech in Pasadena, TX to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness and maintain property grounds. You’ll provide excellent resident service and work with the maintenance team on repairs and cleanups.

The role requires 1+ year in maintenance or custodial work, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Join a team focused on keeping the community neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
