Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking Make Ready Technicians for our apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. You will prepare vacant units for market readiness through turnover repairs and improvements, and maintain grounds and common areas.

The role emphasizes customer service to residents, teamwork with the maintenance staff, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking Make Ready Technicians for our Apartment Communities in San Antonio, TX.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areasMaintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
