Tarantino Properties, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking Make Ready Technicians to prepare apartment homes for market readiness. You will perform turnover repairs, maintain grounds and common areas, and provide excellent resident service.

This role requires 1+ years in maintenance or custodial work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Lifting up to 50 lbs is occasionally required. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
