Job summary

GreenTree Property Management, a Veritas Investments company, is seeking experienced housekeeping professionals to join our team. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

You will support the paint and clean operation by performing cleaning duties in vacant apartments after construction to prepare them for leasing. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, moving items as needed, and ensuring units are ready for new tenants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleans kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and other apartment areas.
• Moves appliances and furniture to access and clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Removes stains and dusts surfaces with cleaning solutions.
• Cleans walls, ceilings, blinds and light fixtures as needed.
• Maintains cleaning inventory and coordinates with supervisors.
• Prepares units for make-ready and move-ins.
• Records areas needing maintenance with supervisors.
