Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant homes for move-in. You will perform repairs, ensure appliances work, change locks, coordinate with maintenance staff, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and Fair Housing standards.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work may be required, and ongoing training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units and write punch lists; coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of tasks and supplies; notify management for needs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use tools properly.
