Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas.
• Remove trash daily and prepare areas for city pickup.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and remove trash from vacant apartments.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning available apartments and models; help with housekeeper duties.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions; ensure timely corrections.
