Job summary

Coastal Georgia Apartment Association in Atlanta, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Make-Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. You’ll handle painting, cleaning, and basic repairs, ensuring each home is move-in ready and up to company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
• Basic painting, repair, and cleaning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
