Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Make-Ready Technician in Nashville, TN to prepare apartments for new residents across multiple properties. You’ll handle painting, cleaning, repairs, and basic maintenance to ensure homes are move-in ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.

• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle

Responsibilities
