Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Make-Ready Technician at one of our Atlanta communities. You will prepare apartments for new move-ins, focusing on painting, cleaning, and repairs to ensure homes are move-in ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
• Basic painting, repairs, and cleaning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.
