Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC in Kyle, Texas is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins at Oasis at Plum Creek.

You will handle carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, install and repair deadbolt locks, ensure requests are completed promptly, and maintain safety standards, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required for on-site duties.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities
