Capstone Management is seeking a maintenance technician to complete make-ready repairs and improvements in apartment homes. You will follow the community’s checklist to ensure units are ready for new residents, including caulking, sealing, drywall repairs, and painting as directed by supervisors.
Responsibilities include grounds and common-area upkeep, trash removal, pressure washing, and painting curbs and signage. You will document work orders and participate in safety trainings as required.

CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD
If an offer of employment is made and accepted, continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a thorough Criminal History Record Check(s). It is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who have been convicted of misdemeanor or felony offenses involving (a) illegal drug use, (b) public indecency, (c) theft, or (d) crimes against persons or property.
