Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks a Major Gifts Programs Officer to manage special projects and operational aspects of the major gifts group, reporting to the VP of Philanthropy. The role includes coordinating disease-based advisory councils, community grand rounds, and advisory committee meetings to advance strategic priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related experience, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years’ related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate 3-4 meetings per year for disease-based advisory councils and task forces.
• Coordinate and facilitate community grand rounds for board education and engagement.
• Manage relationships through written communications and by scheduling advisory committee meetings and grand rounds.
• Plan and implement disease-specific programmatic initiatives for the Major Gifts team.
• Provide support for systems and policies related to major gifts operations.
• Design and implement disease area-based events with Chairs to engage current and new prospects.
• Handle special projects as needed.
