Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy with a proven track record of building donor relationships and securing large gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30–50 donors and prospects with cultivation, solicitation and stewardship to meet personal annual fundraising goals.
• Help establish and execute annual and multi-year fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Contribute to planning multi-year campaigns for programmatic endowment.
• Develop donor strategies during visits and support stewardship efforts.
• Collaborate with Donor Relations and Events to create cultivation and recognition experiences for donors.
• Engage Prospect Development to identify and qualify prospective donors and build prospect portfolios.
• Coordinate with philanthropy colleagues and volunteers across BILH to broaden engagement.
• Support advisory bodies to grow leadership and individual giving.
• Define fundraising projects with pipeline development for priority areas.
• Prepare reports from donor visits and maintain activity in CRM.
