North American Mission Board in Florida is seeking a Partner Development Advisor to cultivate donor relationships, grow major gifts, and build long-term partnerships that support ministry objectives. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience with planned giving is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships with 80–150 donors to build a major gifts pipeline.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through phone, email, mail, and in-person visits.
• Develop giving opportunities, including outright and planned gifts.
• Prepare development materials and maintain Raiser's Edge records.
• Establish growth strategies and annual goals for donors.
• Identify new prospects and maintain confidentiality.
