Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Development Manager to lead a donor portfolio, cultivating and soliciting gifts in the South Florida region. You’ll manage approximately 125 active prospects and support fundraising goals across a multi-hospital system.

The role requires at least four years in fundraising or marketing leadership, experience with major gifts, and independent work with minimal supervision. Raiser's Edge experience is preferred. Salary ranges from $78,611 to $102,195 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in fund-raising or marketing/sales leadership.
• Experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gifts.
• Experience managing major components of a development program.
• Works with minimal supervision and exercises independent judgment.
• Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of prospects for cultivation and solicitation of gifts.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation events and related projects.
• Record all activities in the Raiser's Edge donor database.
• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing year-round projects.
• Work independently with direction from the Director or AVP.
