Job summary

Family Peace Center in Washington County is seeking a Major Gift Program Manager to cultivate, solicit, and steward transformational gifts of $10,000+ to support the capital campaign, long-term operations, and sustainability. You will manage a 75–125 donor portfolio and drive a disciplined moves management process with the ED and board leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of major gift fundraising experience or comparable donor-relations background.
• Proven ability to secure $10,000+ gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and moves management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and stewardship.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, family foundations, and private foundations.

Responsibilities

• Build, steward, and manage a major gifts portfolio (75–125 prospects).
• Develop individualized cultivation and solicitation plans, focusing on top donors.
• Lead moves management and coordinate with ED, board, and volunteers.
• Prepare tailored proposals, gifts, and stewardship materials and track in CRM.
• Collaborate on donor events, tours, and donor engagement activities.
• Coordinate post-award stewardship and reporting with Finance.
