Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seeks a Donor Relations and Events Coordinator to support major gift initiatives, implement donor strategies, and coordinate complex timelines and engagements.

You will manage logistics for on-site and off-site donor events, prepare materials, assist with budgeting, and collaborate with Finance, Information Strategy, and Donor Relations teams. Required: undergraduate degree and 2+ years in a professional office setting; fundraising exposure is

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience.
Two plus years in a professional office setting; fundraising exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Support donor strategies and timelines defined by Assistant Vice President(s), Major Gifts.
Coordinate on-site and off-site donor and team events, including scheduling and minutes.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination for events.
Prepare donor materials and correspondence; collaborate with Marketing/Communications.
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external donors and teams.
