Responsibilities

• Develops and executes corporate and foundation fundraising strategies in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Plans annual strategic cultivation plans with monthly action steps to achieve projections.
• Researches grantors and secures high-quality proposals in a timely manner.
• Tracks progress toward portfolio goals and reports outcomes weekly.
• Maintains donor database, documents interactions, and ensures compliance with funders.
• Collaborates with Grants Manager and Volunteer Development for funder engagement.
• Supports sponsorships and broader engagement with corporate partners.
