Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Philanthropy Officer to lead donor strategy, cultivate major gifts, and manage a regional portfolio.

You will partner with senior leaders and volunteers to drive revenue, plan events, and advance philanthropic initiatives aligned with our mission. The role emphasizes relationship building, data-informed planning, and scalable campaigns, including online giving days and planned giving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of exempt fundraising or development experience; or Associate’s degree + 4 years; or HS diploma + 6 years.
• CFRE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual development strategy.
• Manage a donor portfolio with stewardship and solicitations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and track progress.
• Lead regional fundraising events and coordinate volunteers.
• Support community board activities and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
• Oversee donor databases and prospect research to expand major gifts.
• Represent the organization at meetings and fundraising events.
• Ensure compliance with AFP standards and organizational policies.
