You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of giving $10k+ while ensuring donor retention and upgrade strategies. Responsibilities include developing six-figure+ philanthropic commitments, partnering with teams to create funding opportunities, and delivering tailored donor engagement through proposals, presentations, and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees optional.
• 5+ years proven track record of securing six-figure gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; donor engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and manages a major gifts portfolio across the Bay Area.
• Cultivates and solicits six-figure and above gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Strategizes donor engagement, prepares proposals, and drives donor retention and upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal teams to align giving opportunities with organizational priorities.
• Maintains a robust pipeline with moves Management to advance opportunities.
• Provides regular portfolio reporting and contributes to broader development priorities.
