Vanderbilt University's College of Connected Computing seeks an Associate Dean of Development to lead major gift fundraising and shape the college's development strategy. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising at a large university.
• Ability to solicit gifts at the $250,000+ level.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient in donor relations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major gift fundraising efforts for CCC.
• Manage a portfolio of topdonors and prospects (~85) to secure gifts of $250,000 or greater.
• Develop and implement CCC's comprehensive development program.
• Collaborate with Dean, DAR leadership, and university offices to set ambitious targets.
• Oversee budget for operations and travel; supervise direct reports.
• Act as liaison across DAR teams to maximize fundraising results.
• Travel as required and maintain donor-centric approach.
