ViziRecruiter,LLC. is seeking a development professional to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of making major, principal, or transformational gifts.

You will act as the liaison between the cohort and a designated academic unit, managing portfolios and coordinating with campus fundraising teams. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a professional office setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Major gift or related fundraising experience.
• A team player with a goal-oriented approach to work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
• Exceptional written and oral communicative skills.
• The ability to self-motivate and work independently.

Aufgaben

• 60 % Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, executing strategy against the Donor Commitment Continuum; qualitative goals for each donor.
• 20 % Establish an engagement plan for each donor and prospect, matching interests to fundraising priorities and reporting outcomes to donors.
• 10 % Utilize the donor database to document progress with donors.
• 5 % Coordinate with fundraising agencies on campus and collaborate with team members.
• 5 % Other duties as assigned.
• Serve on committees; assist major college-related alumni or development events; attend seminars or trainings.
