Vanderbilt University’s College of Connected Computing (CCC) seeks an ambitious leader to serve as Associate Dean of Development. You will craft and execute fundraising strategies to support the new college’s vision, launching a program alongside CCC’s formation.

This role leads major gift activity, manages top prospects, and coordinates with DAR and university leaders to advance priorities. The Associate Dean drives the development program, secures gifts of $250k+, and collaborates across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ten years of relevant experience in development/fundraising is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead major and principal gifts fundraising for CCC.
• Manage portfolio of top prospects (~85 individuals) with gifts of $250k+.
• Oversee budget for operations and travel; collaborate with Dean and university offices.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with other DAR teams to meet goals.
• Serve as liaison to CCC leadership and external partners.
