Zusammenfassung

The Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) Columbus, OH, seeks an Advancement Officer to grow our network of ministry partners and donors. You will educate supporters about CCV's mission and policy initiatives and invite them to invest financially and strategically.

You will manage a portfolio of current and prospective partners, conduct frequent face-to-face meetings, coordinate with senior staff for data-driven outreach, and craft compelling narratives that demonstrate the impact and ROI of giving.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of major gift fundraising or related business development experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with high-net-worth stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience using CRM software to actively manage a portfolio.
• Willingness to travel within Ohio for in-person partner meetings.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a caseload of current and prospective major ministry partners.
• Initiate frequent touchpoints to build trust and long-term rapport.
• Identify and engage new financial partners, including foundations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CCV programs and initiatives.
• Provide updates on advocacy, ROI, and organizational victories to partners.
• Direct the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Use consultative sales to address questions and guide alignment with CCV mission.
• Document interactions and pipeline in the Virtuous CRM.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate portfolio performance.
