Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Experience blending nonprofit development with sales and marketing oversight.
• Proven ability to translate goals into department strategies.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of sales/development and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the President to set long-term strategy and drive growth.
• Highlight organizational work through media campaigns and reports.
• Lead donor engagement and guide staff in managing major partnerships.
• Oversee internal/external communications to reflect values and policy goals.
