University of Louisville is seeking a Stewardship Specialist II to advance donor relations and comprehensive stewardship efforts. You will develop acknowledgment programs, design high-touch donor experiences for major gifts, and collaborate with development officers and academic units to align engagement with institutional priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Stewardship, you will personalize experiences, manage donor communications, maintain BBCRM records, and track engagement touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Preferred qualifications include non-profit fundraising or higher education experience.
• Experience creating and implementing stewardship and recognition programs and donor communications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary stewardship liaison to assigned colleges and units, aligning engagement strategies with institutional priorities.
• Develop and implement stewardship strategies to cultivate and maintain donor relationships.
• Develop and implement acknowledgment and recognition programs for various giving levels, including major donors.
• Design and execute high-touch experiences and moves aligned to cultivation and stewardship goals.
• Personalize donor experiences based on interests and giving history.
• Collaborate with the philanthropy team to identify opportunities for donor engagement.
• Coordinate the scholarship stewardship process with academic units and committees.
• Oversee creation and distribution of donor recognition materials, including ThankView.
• Plan and execute unit-based donor events and experiences with Events & Donor Experiences teams.
• Create impactful materials (impact reports, success stories) to articulate the value of philanthropy.
• Maintain donor records in BBCRM and track touchpoints and commitments.
